A signed event agreement and required deposit must be received by the booking deadline to qualify for this promotion.
Complimentary privileges are applicable to one event booking only and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The complimentary 2D1N honeymoon stay at The RuMa Hotel and Residences Kuala Lumpur includes accommodation in a Deluxe Room with breakfast for two and is subject to availability. Blackout dates and additional terms may apply.
The complimentary one-night stay in the Ormond Suite is valid for the event night only, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other room categories. Blackout dates and additional terms may apply.
The RM300 nett dining credit is redeemable only during the complimentary Ormond Suite stay and is valid at participating dining outlets within Ormond Sandakan. The credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
The complimentary one-hour free-flow welcome canapés will be served during the pre-event reception at a time agreed upon with the hotel. Menu selection is at the hotel’s discretion unless otherwise agreed.
Complimentary privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, packages or privileges unless otherwise stated.
Any amendments to the event date are subject to the hotel’s approval and may affect the validity of this promotion.
In the event of cancellation, all complimentary privileges will be forfeited and standard cancellation terms under the event agreement will apply.
All privileges must be utilised as specified and cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash.
